Attention all SketchUp Pro users! As from June 15, 2014, a Reinstatement Fee will be added to the Maintenance cost per license of SketchUp Pro version 8 or older. Also, if you renew your Maintenance later than one month after your Maintenance expires, the Reinstatement Fee is added. This Reinstatement Fee is a once-off extra amount of € 40,- excl. VAT added to the current Maintenance price. It can be seen as a compensation for the development of SketchUp Pro in a period where you didn't have Maintenance.
How does this affect you?
Users of SketchUp Pro 8 and earlier
If you buy Maintenance on SketchUp Pro 8 or earlier after June 15, 2014, you will pay € 40,- excl. VAT per license extra. For you, it is good to know that you can still upgrade to SketchUp Pro 2014 for the regular price of € 73,- excl. VAT (standalone) or € 115,- excl. BTW (networked - per seat) until June 15, 2014. This price includes 1 year Maintenance and you will receive every upgrade, update and support (on installation / authorization) without further cost within the timeframe purchased.
SketchUp Pro 2014 - Expiring Maintenance
If you extend your Maintenance on time, there is nothing to worry about. But, if you extend your Maintenance 30 days or more after the expiration date, you will pay the € 40,- excl. VAT 'Reinstatement Fee' on top of the Maintenance-price for the 1, 2 or 3 year period.
