Penguin brings freehand sketching, watercolor painting and cartoon-like rendering to Rhino and AutoCAD.
Penguin has the same hardware requirements. Rhino with Penguin runs on ordinary Windows desktop and laptop computers. Penguin works with Rhino 3 and 4.
Penguin for AutoCADNo special hardware is needed beyond what is required for AutoCAD. Penguin works with 3D models of AutoCAD 2000 to 2008, including AutoCAD Architecture and AutoCAD Mechanical.

Sketch rendering modeSimulates hand drafting. It allows you to create images in styles that look like drawings using pencil, ink, chalk, pen marker, watercolor (and others).
Configurable parameters for the wavy or straight lines. Control over line width, intensity, and color.
Texture fill. Simulating pencil, watercolor. User definable texture fill styles.
Cartoon rendering modeObjects rendered with a limited number of shades and edges draw with a line to generate "illustration" drawings.
Controls the color and width of the silhouettes, borders, and creases.
